Commerce Resources Corp. (CCE – TSX Venture) (the “Company”) announces the appointment of Pacific Corporate Trust Company (Vancouver) as the company’s registrar and transfer agent, effective immediately.

All share transfers, warrant exercises and other transfer agency matters for the company should now be directed to Pacific Corporate Trust Company rather than Computershare Trust Company of Canada, which has resigned at the company’s request.
