Commerce Resources Corp. (TSXv: CCE) (FSE: D7H) (“Commerce”) is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, it has retained Renmark Financial Communications Inc. (“Renmark”) to provide investor relations services to the Company for a period of one year. Renmark will present Commerce throughout North America, disseminating investor relations information.

Renmark is a full-service investor relations firm that offers a wide range of integrated investor and financial communication services. Based in Montreal, Quebec, their team of 25 professionals handle a client base of over 40 mineral exploration and development companies. In consideration for their services, Commerce has agreed to pay Renmark $6,000 a month. Renmark and Commerce act at arm’s length, and Renmark has no present interest, directly or indirectly, in the Commerce or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.

In addition, Commerce has granted a total of 3,000,000 incentive stock options to directors and consultants under the Company’s 2006 Stock Option Plan. The options are being granted at various prices: a total of 500,000 will be exercisable at a price of $0.55 until March 31, 2009, 500,000 will be exercisable at a price of $0.75 until March 31, 2009, and 2,000,000 will be exercisable at a price of $0.67 until March 16, 2012.
